Do I know myself? Search your heart for the truth, so that you truly know who you are.
Don’t be ashamed if you don’t. Just love you.
What do you love to do? Are you doing it?
When you lose sight of yourself, you lose your way, and you forget to ask Where am I and Where am I going?
It is never too late to turn it all around.
You may want to consider having a buddy to help you stay the course and offer support as you go on aspects of your life’s journey.
Look for things in your life to appreciate every day, and this includes yourself.
Lighten up and play more.
Get a good night’s sleep.
Do some form of exercise on a regular basis.
Don’t overdo; keep your limits.
Do something that nurtures you. This doesn’t have to involve money.
Do not let a day go by without taking some time for yourself.
It doesn’t matter if the glass is half full or half empty. Be grateful that you have a glass and there is something in it.
Don’t look back; you are not going that way.
Sometimes you just have to erase the messages, delete the numbers, and move on.
Go confidently in the direction of your dreams and live the life you imagined.
May you follow your dreams and always believe in yourself. Keep your eyes on the stars and hope in your heart.
Make it a day in which you offer grace, love and gratitude for another day.
