Over the years, I have used a number of strategies which were instrumental in helping me to achieve success in a number of areas of my life. Now, for the first time I am sharing 20 of these strategies with you, with the intention that you too will reap the rewards that you deserve.
Life is always changing and we are at a time of massive change. Therefore, having the right tools and skills at your disposal would make it easier for you to move through these times with ease and joy.
Your mind can hold only one thought at a time. You must choose either thoughts of love or thoughts of fear.
Avoid putting energy into negative responses. Feed only the positive and keep this energy flowing into all of your accomplishments.
Take responsibility for all aspects of your life, by watching every thought, word, action and feeling that you emit.
End the practice of blaming others, and see pain, mistakes and disappointments as opportunities for growth and mastery.
I recommend that you read through the book once lightly, perhaps turning to the topics that particularly appeal to you right now and read them first.
Then, use the book over a twenty day period, taking one strategy each day and reading it in the morning as you begin your day. Reflect on it as you go through your daily activities. You will find these strategies that will challenge you and inspire you to become the best that you can be.
