“Be Aware Of The Road, But Stay In Your Lane.” “The Mind’s Chaos Can Create Distortion Of The Truth.” Nigel D St. Hill
Dear friend, fear and faith ask of us the same thing: to believe in the unseen.
Being afraid to feel your feelings is a natural response. But fear, like all other feelings, must be allowed to follow its evolutionary process.
It must be allowed to move. When you cling to fear, you refuse to accept its ability to help you.
By stopping its movement, you, in turn, become paralyzed by it. Feel your fear, accept its presence.
Allow it to move through you and out of you. This process develops courage and the ability to recognize things that need to be feared and those that need not be feared at all.
Your feelings are your senses and instincts, vital to your survival.
Make it a faith-filled day.
