Dear friend, every day may not be “good.” But there is some good in every day. Don’t give up because you had a “bad” day; forgive yourself and do better tomorrow.
Remember, most of our stress comes from the way we react to life, not the way life is. When we change our attitude, change our perceptions, and look for the good in situations, we can then see the opportunities.
It is not the load that weighs us down, it’s the way we carry the load. Focus on the step in front of you, not the whole staircase.
Every situation that comes our way is an opportunity to grow beyond patterns.
Success isn’t measured by what someone accomplished but by the opposition they encountered and the courage with which they overcame the struggle against overwhelming odds.
