  • No more multi-tasking. Above all, focus entirely on one task at a time, such as answering a single email or washing a dish, to reduce stress and improve quality.
  • Protect your time and energy by declining obligations that don’t bring you joy or align with your priorities.
  • Set a phone-free, “do not disturb” time each day to reclaim your focus and reduce anxiety.
  • Slow down your pace by adding extra time to your schedule to avoid rushing. 
  • Engage in at least 10–15 minutes of activity you enjoy, like walking, dancing, or yoga, to boost your mood.
  • Establish a consistent bedtime routine—such as turning off screens an hour before bed—to get hours of quality rest.
  • Spend at least 30 minutes a week in green spaces to lower stress and improve focus.
